Hello!
My name is Yonatan Draznin, and I am a senior at the University of Colorado, Boulder. I am studying Architecture in the Program in Environmental Design. I am a critical and analytical thinker who tries to solve problems in creative and unique ways. I approach my work in an way that tries to merge the principles of art and engineering. With my future ahead of me, I aspire to improve my skills in order to create designs that are both beautiful and functional.
My Story
I am from Walnut Creek, California, located in the Bay Area. As a kid, I was always fascinated with the nuances of design. Starting off small, I developed my love for creative expression and design with building blocks and puzzles, and slowly increasing the complexity as I got older. Today, I have that same passion for design and fabrication, which manifests itself in many different ways. Growing up with an engineer for a father and an artist for a mother, I began to merge these two disciplines in my mind. I see the world through a combination of form and function.
